I recently purchased an item through your site, and the item in question was never sent to me. The store provided me with a shipping number, which has shown as delivered yesterday however, when I contacted the shipping business they advised me that the name and surname on the package was not my first name and last name and the shipping address was also not my shipping address. This tells me that I was either provided the wrong shipping number or they never actually sent me an item making this a fraudulent transaction.
Can you please assist in this instance as I would love to have the item but clearly there is some suspicious activity here on this purchase, I would love either an email or even a call to have this matter resolved.

I haven't received my order
I made an order 29 Feb.
Order number 13764****.
I have not received my order.
The supplier said it was delivered but I have still not received my order.
3 days ago the supplier said they would give me a refund but I have not received it.
I did say I'd prefer to receive the order but now realise if I can get my money back I would be better off.
Please follow this up as i feel like I've been scammed.

Ive been trying for several weeks to find out the status of my order No: 7677**** - the order was place on the 4th October and I was told the estimated time of delivery would be the week of the 8th October.
So far Ive not been able to talk to anyone nor do I know what the situation is with this order as this order has not arrived.
